General &Rewards

Beginning July 2023, &Rewards will work a little differently. Instead of your rewards being selected for you, you will now be able to trade &Rewards points for &Rewards Cash, which can be used to purchase almost anything in the store, or an &Fuel discount for cents off per gallon.

With the new program, &Rewards members earn 10 points per $1 spent in-store and on mobile orders as well as 5 points for each gallon of fuel pumped. Members can start trading in points once they reach 100 points.

You will continue to receive special offers and promotions as an &Rewards member that don’t require you to use points e.g. 2/$3 pizza slices on Wednesdays.

One word: You! We changed our &Rewards program to give you more control over what you get with your hard-earned points.

The &Rewards debit card has not been affected by the new &Rewards program. Cardholders may continue to use their &Rewards debit card in stores.

Instead of a free item, we’ll give you 500 &Rewards points on your birthday to use however you want!

&Rewards Cash cannot be used on excluded items, such as alcohol or tobacco products, lottery, etc. However, if you purchase excluded items in the same transaction as a non-excluded, your &Rewards Cash can still be put toward your purchase of those those non-excluded items.

Example: You are purchasing a pack of cigarettes and fountain drink at the same time. Your &Rewards Cash can still be applied toward the fountain drink.

&Rewards Cash cannot be used to cover taxes, bottle deposits, bag fees, etc.

Example: You have $16.02 in available &Rewards Cash and want to purchase a bag of beef jerky*. The beef jerky costs $6.39, which you have, plus $0.44 in tax. Your &Rewards Cash covered the $6.39 price of jerky, but you still owe the $0.44 in tax. *For illustrative purposes only

&Rewards points expire only after 365 days of account inactivity. So long as you visit a Kum & Go once every 365 days, your points will continue to accumulate.

&Rewards Cash must be used within 30 days of trading in your points. The same goes for &Fuel discounts.

We’ve made it super easy to convert &Rewards points to Cash & Fuel Discounts. Simply tap on “Perks” on the bottom of your screen and navigate to the &Rewards tab. From there, you’ll be able to redeem all or some of your points for &Rewards Cash or &Fuel Discounts.

You can delete your &Rewards account in the app by tapping on “Account” in the bottom right corner of your screen, then tap “Security” and follow the on-screen prompts. If you’d like assistance with deleting your account, call (888) 458-6646.

There are two easy ways to join the &Rewards program:

The red card is the &Rewards card and the gray card is the &Rewards debit card that is linked to your bank account. Both cards have the same base &Rewards features:

Exclusive offers and sweepstakes
Surprises you’ll love throughout the year

The gray card is the &Rewards Debit card. This card has all the same features as the red version PLUS everyday fuel discounts. This card requires you to link your bank account to the card to pay for your purchases at Kum & Go. By linking your bank account directly to the card, Kum & Go is able reduce the fees we pay to credit card companies and pass the savings back to you with discounts on fuel.

NOTE: &Rewards Debit Cards will only work for purchases at Kum & Go stores.

Your &Rewards card is now digital in the Kum & Go app! Just open the app and tap “Scan Card” on the home screen to scan your card when in store.

NOTE: You can add an existing physical &Rewards by tapping Scan card > Manage reward cards > Add an existing &reward card

If you’ve completed the &Rewards enrollment process and aren’t receiving emails from us, first check your &Rewards profile to make sure your email address is correct. If your email address is current, try checking your spam folder and ensure you’re allowing messages to get through to your inbox.

It’s possible that your account was inactive for over 365 days before we transitioned over to the new &Rewards program in the summer of 2023. This caused your login credentials to become invalid. To reactivate your account, call our Customer Care team.

Every &Rewards offer is personalized. We use information you choose to share with us along with your purchase history to create more offers for items you like and surprise you along the way!

Yes, you must be 13 years or older to join the program.

NOTE: The &Rewards Debit card requires you to be at least 18 years old to qualify.

We’ll have to learn more about your specific situation to understand what might have happened. If you believe you did not receive the correct amount of points, please contact Customer Relations.

You will earn points based on the total dollars spent on qualifying items or the number of gallons purchased. If your &Rewards Cash or &Fuel Discount covers the total amount of your transaction, then you will not earn points on that purchase.

You do not have to use all of your &Rewards Cash on one transaction will have the option to choose how much you want to spend. However, since &Fuel Discounts are applied to every gallon, you can only use your &Fuel Discount on one fuel transaction.

&Rewards points only expire if your account has been inactive for 365 days.

Once you convert your points to &Rewards Cash or an &Fuel Discount, you must use it within 30 days of converting.

We don’t currently offer the ability to transfer rewards to family members.

If you forget your your smartphone, you can still earn and redeem rewards with the phone number registered to your account. Just tell the Kum & Go Associate during checkout that you’d like to use your phone number instead and you will be able to enter it on the PIN pad.

If you are outside purchasing fuel, there will be a "Phone #" choice on the screen. Choose that option on the pump enter your phone number on the following screen. This option is available at most locations but does vary by location and pump type.

Purchases made at participating Kum & Go stores by registered Kum & Go &Rewards members will be eligible to earn points, excluding these items: tobacco, alcohol, lottery, milk (in Missouri and North Dakota only), coupon redemptions, money orders, gift cards (including Kum & Go gift cards), pre-paid cards (i.e. Vanilla Visa, NetSpend, etc), postage, applicable taxes, and any other items prohibited by applicable law.
